2009 Cleveland Gold Medalist Martina Filjak joins the ensemble for a lushly romantic Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No.2. We celebrate the American romantic with area connections Samuel Barber playing his Symphony No. 1 and Knoxville Summer of 1915 - an homage to a sweet simple live that we still live here today.
